Like most things in life, I’m constantly changing.
I haven’t always embraced change, but I’m learning the older I get, life is nothing but change.
It’s going to happen whether we like it or not, so why not jump on and enjoy the ride!
I used to be very goal oriented, always working towards ‘something’.
Recently, I finally grasped the true concept of enjoying – no -- “DELIGHTING” IN THE JOURNEY! And what an exhilarating, painful, magical, terrifying and precious journey it is.

I was born and raised in Price, Utah, but have lived in Scottsdale, Arizona for the past 30+ years. I am married to my sweetheart, Mike, who makes me laugh more than a person should have a right to. My fiercely independent and successful three children, along with their spouses, have blessed me with seven precious grandchildren that cause my heart to overflow with joy.
I owned and operated an insurance business for 20 years which I sold to pursue my passion to support and encourage women to take Delight in their Journey. It's now my honor to walk alongside women as 'Paths of Purpose' on introspective and soul-searching retreats like exploring the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain.
I have no special training or degrees to impress you with, but I share many of the same experiences, heartaches, and triumphs as you. Through our commonalities, it’s my pleasure to walk alongside you as a fellow pilgrim, reminding you of your divine nature, and be a partner and encourager in the infinite possibilities on your unique journey in life.
